We were approached by the clients to help with erosion control to the front of their property.

Due to the proximity of the adjacent bridge and the busy stretch of canal they lived on, boat wash was eroding the canal bank creating a problem for the future of their property.

Early discussions with the client told us they were keen to promote greener construction methods due to the environment in which the work was required.

We designed a coir role and gabion basket option for their bank protection, promoting wildlife habitat for above and below water species and to remain in-keeping with the surrounding environment.
