We were approached by Burrows Graham to help meet a planning condition to their client’s large development.

The Canal & River Trust had stipulated a condition survey was completed prior to works commencing to understand if the construction works for the development would have any adverse effect on their infrastructure.

The survey was an outstanding planning condition and therefore time critical to the overall project. We were able to act quickly and find the history of the site, enabling us to determine a suitable method of inspection to almost 600m of canal infrastructure.

We sourced all resources and managed to complete the survey and report within a 4 week turnaround, allowing the client to submit their final planning condition and release funding for the next phase of the project.
